You may remember my thread.. how Cap1 claimed I closed the account, had my card restricted for 2 weeks, even mailed out my credit balance to me. Well after all that bad Customer Service, you guys thought I should ask for something, so I did... Didnt hear anything... but today I get a letter... My APR is being reduced to 13.9%! Some may laugh, but that is really good for me now. SO , thanks everyone for your advice! (Previous APR was 19.8%.)
