Please help!!! I have two judgements that have been on my reports since 1995. They are all paid in full. Yet TU reported them as being paid in full and verified in 1999. Does this mean they will not fall off in 2002 (7 year rule)?

Well, confusing. Are you saying that it was reported in 1999 for the first time? They cannot push the date up on for reporting. Are you sure they are not just saying that it has been verified in 1999 due to a dispute?

Keep in mind that the "7 year rule" for judgments is 7 years OR until the governing statute of limitations (which in almost every case will be LONGER than 7 years -- sometime much longer) has expired, whichever is longer.
