I need to get a negative item removed from my credit report. It's for an early termination penalty on a cell phone contract with AT&T Wireless, on a phone that didn't work at all (neither did the three replacement phones they sent me). I already disputed with Experian, and it just came back as "updated" and is still on my report. Any ideas on what to do to get this off of my credit report? Thanks in advance to anyone with any input!
