Removing Addresses - Questions

I lived at my previous address for 13 years. I moved into my new home in a different city in Dec.. All of my tradelines (both good and bad) were accumulated at the old address (except for my new mortgage). One of the baddies (150 days), was my previous mortgage.

Should I have my previous address removed?
Can I then dispute my previous mortgage as not mine?
I have a few other bads, and a bunch of goods. If I dispute the bads as not mine, will the goods be in dispute as well?

Thanks for any and all help - I'm just getting started with a FICO of 591.

you can dispute anything, I would call the 800 number and tell them that its not yours they should delete it .

So you think it'd be ok to dispute my mortgage as "not mine?" If they validated that it was in fact mine, will I lose all credibility with them?
