What is the defference between A dismissed and A discharged BK, & does that make any difference on your report?
Discharged means the bankruptcy proceedings have been concluded including all payment plans on a 13 and all debts absolved on a 7. Dismissed means that the case was filed, but for whatever reason, it was not followed through on.
