    Hello Sports Fans!,

Anybody have any ideas on the proper way to removed "Included In BK7" on a tradeline? When I filed, I took down quite a few credit cards, and a good mix of other accounts. How about getting rid of a BK'ed PG&E account. I tried to get rid of PG&E account on Trans Union using "Not Mine", but that didn't work. How about a Sears account that is "Included in BK" How bad is Sears to work with.

Another quick question. Is an account that I BK'ed on for $6000, any worse than an account that I BK'ed on for $300? Just a curiosity!

    Thanks for the help!,
    Dave

I bk'd 20+ accounts. Some creditors come off easy others don't. Bottom line, I have had some success but I will never clear my credit reports prior to the stuff just falling off from old age. I would dispute the public record as not mine first. That saves you 3 years of pain. Then tackle the rest systematically with not mines. Wait for CHOD to really hammer them. Be careful with EXP. I wish I hadn't online disputed with them. Write letters disputing each account individually, dont bother with CRRR.
