Don't they indicate "0/zero balance, paid in full comments?

Yes, but I wanted to know if they could be removed, or do I want them to remain?

If they are removed, what does it do to the length of your history and your utilization ratios?

A big part of your score is based on the length of your history and the percentage of your available credit that you use.

I guess I should have asked first if these are collection accounts or not.

If they are the account with the OC and they are still open, removing them could actually lower your score.

The account is/was a CO and now had been paid and closed.

    Status: Paid,Closed/Collection account

It may help to get them removed.

Go through your report and see if there is something that is incorrect. If so, dispute it and see what happens.

The status of an account as open or cloosed, paid or unpaid, has no affect whatsoever on continued iinclusion of prior delinquencies on the account on your credit score. They can remain for 7 years from the data of the delinquency, and account status does not change this.

What kind of negatives are you dealing with? How old are the negative accounts?

Original creditor listings or collection agencies.

If original creditor is it just lates. You don't want to dispute for deletion of these kind of accounts they are likelly helping more then hurting.

If it is a collection agency then yes you want to look for errors in the reporting and try to dispute for deletion. Since it is paid it is possible that the collection agency will ignore the dispute and allow for deletion. I had that happen for me.
