Has anyone had any success in removing satisfied civil judgements from their credit report? I wouldn't think the usual validation thing would work with a court. Two of my three are coming off next year, but I'd love to get them off earlier as well as get the final one off sooner. If you've had success doing this I'd appreciate any advice.

I just got an unsatisfied judment removed from TU by disputing on-line as "not mine." I had forgotten I even had a dispute pending, and was pleasantly surprised Saturday when I got a new CR in the mail with the judgment DELETED.

My score only jumped 10 points. I wonder if it's because it was 6 years old and it gave me some history.

So, lots of you have had success with not mine disputes. Thats good to know. I'll try again. I tried once but they verified. It's worth taking a shot at again though if some people are having success!

Keep trying. Omine was verfied the first time and deleted the second time.

It helps to if you get a copy of the judgement and look for errors. This way if it verifies you can send proof to the CRA.
