How do I go about removing slow pays from my credit report? I have 3 major accounts that I am trying to clean up. I have my husbands truck loan and a 1st and 2nd mortgage that I need to get cleaned up. I have been making on time payments for the past 6 months on all three, but need some advise on cleaning up the old stuff. Thanks, Minerva
First, are they accurate? Were they posted less than 30 days past the due date, yet are showing on your reports as "30 days late"? If it is not 30 days or more late, after the due date, it should not be reported late.
