I want to rent an apartment within the next 2 mos. however, I'm afraid that I won't be approved because I have 2 judgements on my credit report. I will pay off my 2nd judgement by the first of July but the negative is still there. what are my chances of getting approved?
hard to say, but be upfront and honest. they can tell you if they want to work with you. these didn't happen to be rental issues were they?
No, credit cards. I have rented before and got approved but this 2nd judgement came about after. Now I want to move somewhere else and I don't want to be denied because of that. It will show that my judgement was paid but I'm hopeful right now.
