I'm considering reopening a closed CC with Cap1. Currently, I have another card with them and want to combine into one. I closed the other cc about 2 weeks ago. Does anyone know if they will combine the two? And, will they pull hards to reopen or combine? I've been reading that Cap1 loves pulling hards - any input would be appreciated.
