Hi All: 1. I disputed as "not mine"and succeeded in removing a old, past SOL account from my EQ. My CR's are mostly all clean, thanks to everyone here at CN. The only derog that is showing on TU is a judgemnt for state taxes in the amount of 230$. I was meaning to pay this off, didn't get arount to it and they slapped a judgement on me in April 2003. I immediately paid in May 2003, but it is showing up on TU (and only TU not any other CRA) as unpaid. How can I go about disputing this? As inaccurate with TU? (I have not received any notice from the state that judgment is paid, only received CMRR green card that they received my money order for payment in full in May) 2. After all the repairs, I only show one positive AU account on all 3 CRA's reports (Chase MC...$12000 limit, balance approximately 500$, courtesy of mom) What should be my next step to establish my own positive credit history? Should I apply for a gas card? or another "easy" to obtain c-card? What about a secured loan with a credit union? 3. What's the best subscription service to regularly watch activity on all 3 CRA's so that no nastly CA slips in a reaged past SOL account in the future?
