I received a letter from the cb today, this is what they said. They received my request for validation and they have requested it from direct mercants were the account came it takes 60 to 90 days for them to receive the information then thay will forward it to me. Is this a stall letter??
Yep..... Let them know that you expect the information by xx/xx/2001, 30 days from when they first received the request. You will expect them to comply with the law and delete the tradeline if they can not provide the information by that date. DO NOT let them take more than 30 days.
