   If you file BK and DO NOT reaffirm the debt and your car is repoed for 3 months of nonpayment what can happen? Is this a judgement situation? Any insight is appreciated...
   Owner was told by OC that ENTIRE balance of loan would need to be paid to recover vehicle.

   If you don't pay, they can take the car. However, they cannot come after you for the balance owed...unless you reaffirmed the loan.
   
   If they try to collect on it, contact the BK trustee and let them know.
