we did a ch7 in 98 reaffirmed on 1 car loan the other we didnt. i dsputed online thru exp because it is listed as repossesion/past due 120 days and says recent balance as of 7/1998 is $7723 . my reason for the dispute was included in ch7 bk in 98 should have a balance of $0. so i checked exp and they deleted mine but my husbands "remains" with nothing changed. it is scheduled to come off report on 12/2004 but we might look into buying a house next year before dec. so what should i do now?? it is especially important if we can get it off his report because i dont work so only his income/credit report wil be used.(at least i think so havent tried to buy a house before so not sure if they would still do a credit check on me) i read on other posts that they should have sent us something when they sold the van but never received anything from them. any help will be greatly appreciated cherek88
