ladies and gents of this wonderful board, today i received an updated copy of my EQ credit report, and thanks to some disputing, i got a REPO from 1998 removed from my credit report.thanks for your help! P.S. i contacted a CA that i sent a validation letter to 35 days ago, and they told me it would take them an additional 90 DAYS! to get the information. is this legal? dont they have some kind of time frame by law? thanks!
