   I got a repo toward the end of 1999, and was under the impression that after 2 years I could get a repo cleared from my record. Can anyone help out and maybe shed some light on the situation? Thanks in advance.

   Don't know where you got that info, but Fair Credit Reporting Act says 7 years.
