I filed Two chapter 13's in the last 4 years and were dismissed both times first time I was married but separated and wife at that time stopped helping pay half well her vehicle was on this so I stopped paying they dismissed it but they repoed my truck so I turned around and refiled and got my truck backand like a dumda#$@%^$s I believed her when she said she would help after we divorced" WRONG" she crawfished on me again Well I said hell with this and let it happen again We are divorced now and it's been almost a year since the last dismissal and they haven't came after either vehicle.Will they or not ever come after them Sorry for the long wind...THANKS SCREWEDX2
