I became an AU on First USA Platinum card about 2 months ago. It hasn't shown up on any of my reports yet. I know companies aren't required to report AU's...but I thought I'd write FUSA a letter asking them nicely if they could report it. I'm experiencing major writers block right now (a cranky 4 year old isn't helping much, lol). Can anyone help me out in terms of what I should write?
It might be worth your while to call them to find out if they DO report AU's. Some companies do not. For instance, I called Best Buy and they told me they did not - so I knew right then and there they didn't. Sears does - so I called them to get my stuff reported. (and hopefully it will). Mommy2cats
Velouria, There is a lady by the name of Brenda Branch that works in the FUSA executive office. I'm not going to tell you that she's Ms. Charm but she was able to assist me a couple of years back. Maybe you could contact her. I beleive her e-mail address was bbranch@firstusa.com but I'm not sure. The best bet would be to write to her at the executive office. You can get that address from PFB.
