Mortgage lender had previously been reporting correctly on our credit reports as "Included In BK--Foreclosure Initiated Balance $0". Now I received a notice from my credit alert that they have reported a delinquency of $1926. I wrote and asked them to remove it as this is a BK/Foreclosure matter. They added another delinquency and upped the balance to $2675. A delinquency from them has also appeared on my husband's report. We were never late until we stopped the payments when converting from BK 13 to BK 7 as we would be giving up the house. To me this is a double whammy and totally unnecessary. If anyone has had this happen or has any ideas, please post. I am going out of my mind. We worked so hard the last 2 months to raise our scores and now they do this to us. Thank you.
