I have a question regarding reposessions.... I had a car loan originate while I was living in Colorado with Chrysler Financial. About a year later I moved to Tennessee and the auto was subsequently reposessed. My question is this, In Colorado they have a "Right to Cure" which they are supposed to send you before reposession which outlines how much you owe and if you don't pay, when your car will be reposessed. The fact that I moved after taking out the loan in Colorado, does that negate them having to send me a right to cure or do I keep all my rights from having signed the contract in Colorado? Sorry if it's too wordy!?
