I am sending validation letters and am way beyond the inital 30 day validation period.

I am not certian what the advantage is. What is a wise stratagy and will this help me at all?

I'm new to this so please be patient.

    Email me if you like.

    Thanks

In support of what LizardKing said (but from a slightly different angle), could you not also claim that they never notified you? I'll bet my lunch money that they did not send it CRR, so what proof do they have that you were properly notified? You might rightly claim that your first notice was when you spotted it on your credit report.

That is my position. Innocent until proven guilty.

I can support the point to some degree by inquires on my report. All mine are within the last month.
