How much did the recorer charge for his services? Also does he assiting in the restructuring and/or obtaining of new and different credit ?
free I am looking at a mortgage and he's a broker. He's a nice guy and it was free. Frankly, I found his understanding of the credit world outstanding! His advice is experiential (meaning he doesn't have the model in front of him) but after servicing tons of clients he has a lot of experience increasing scores. I was pleasantly surprised, and relieved, to learn a mid to high 600 is fine for what I want to do. Come to think of it, I did buy the guy lunch. So he cost under 10.
