Resident Agent for Fleet in Califor

    Hi,

    I have searched everywhere trying to find the Resident Agent for Fleet in California and have had no luck. Can someone please post the resident agent and their address. I need to serve them with a summons for Non Permissible Purpose. They have not responded to any correspondance including ITS.

    Did you try the Secretary of State's site, www.ss.ca.gov? Gotta have a good corp name tho.

    Yes I did thank you! The problem is that when u do a search for "Fleet" 100s of listings are returned and none of them match the addresses I have been corresponding with. I think they may be First Boston Financial. Someone suggested that to me on another board.

    You might want to check

    BancBoston or FleetBoston. The had a merger BancBoston and Fleet so they may still be registered under bancboston or for a while after the merger they were using FleetBoston. I think they have dropped the Boston from their names in recent years, so you may want to give that a try.
