As far as the appraisal being able to show the value, even though th evalue is not there as far as the restrictive lease is concerned... but If that is true, couldn't I stioll buy it an refi it at 80% of market value? then I could put aside 3 years worth of payments, as a reserve, and invest the rest of the money buying buildings. Possible? This may be true even if it cannot be SOLD at the "market" value due to the lease.
