    Ignor this = it's a stall tatic and a trick to confuse you into confessing. Next step estoppel letter 30 days after they got the Val. L.

    I didn't realize 2nd demand could be estoppel...it states in the body of the letter....I have not heard from you in over 60 days....its only been 35....

    That's ok just change 60 to 30 and you're set to go with it.
