Response to CA's Validation?

I demanded that NCO validate an Amex account they were trying to collect - and today I received 6 months worth of statements from them, not showing the balance from the beginning. I sent the DV letter I found here that had the second page for them to complete and send back to me - which they didn't. What would be best to send them now? Anyone have a letter for "poor validation"? Also, it took about 39 days for me to receive it.

    Thanks!

    You never received validation.
I would send estoppel letter giving them 15 days to produce the true validation.

Does anyone have a copy of one? It's not on the Creditnet Letters page, and the search function seems to be down. Thanks.

Would the Estoppel By Silence apply here, since techincally they were not silent and did not ingnore my demand, but failed to provide what I specifically demanded?

Excellent. Should I add anything more to the estoppel, such as "You must furnish full accounting for this debt, and your authority to collect it..."?

Basicaly this is already covered in the estoppel.
One of the reasons I say don't change it.
Adding to it would be changing it.
