I am wondering if I can be held responsible an account that was in my spouse's name. I was never on the account, but the tradeline states joint with spouse. It is her account, but we are working on one report at a time. Is there any legal backing in Colorado that states I am responsible for my wife's debts? Thanks Mike from Colorado
