    It is 15 years in most situations. It can be reaged for almost any reason. It is a joke...

    The battreries need removed at the end of 3 Yrs.

    Either they need to remove the batteries, or they need to start a debtors prison in Columbus. They could throw us all in the brink and have the Homeland Defense Director ask us for our social security numbers. They could take our IRS returns and give them to the creditors...We could end up being a special news story on the Drudge Report...

    I agree totally. This is how I read it and I have heard this from others..

    Opinions are opinions, but they definatley come from the right people, in regards to this issue..
