I'm waiting for a settlement letter from my ccc, not able to get a favorable entry on cr ( will get settled 0 balance) should I put a restrictive endorsment on the back of check that includes; (1)"not a promis to pay", (2) "not acknowledging debt is mine",(3) " I disput this debt" & (4) ccc "accepts this payment as full & final payment" anything else I should include?
