I have a couple of Procedural Requests pending with the CRA's. Just curious on what results/experiences other members have received after sending these letters out to the CRA's.
Experian has been the worst one to deal with. You can tell them exactly down to that last minute detail what you want them to do, but they will inevitably send you a generic letter stating they did not understand what you were asking for. You have to be VERY VERY persistant with them. You have to keep sending them letters no matter how many times they refuse to answer your requests. Eventually, your letter WILL land in the hands of a clerk that will not hesitate to delete the account listed in your letter.
