    I have a question for you guys (and gals).

    Back in 98, I went in to CCCS and Retailers was one of my account. Everyone else was nice enough after a few months to age my account and make it current. Not Retailers. I got a letter from them accepting me into the CCCS payment plan and said once I completed the program, they'd reopen my account. I finished CCCS last year in Jan (2 years early!).

    I got my reports and Retailers is listed as 13 or 14 times 60 days late! I was shocked! I wrote them 2 letters so far, in regards to the situation and I'm not getting any help from them.

    Is there anyway for me to get all those lates off? At the time I entered CCCS, I was 60 days past due and they continued to report me as so for a WHOLE YEAR!

    I have Junum and I was thinking maybe I should just let them handle it. What do you think?

    Sorry about your problem Shantel. I agree with you about Junum. I think they should probably handle this situation.
