Does anyone have a valid retention department phone number for Chase? I have searched for one and all I can find are ones that are no longer in service. I have also called and asked to be transfered to them and they refuse to. Thanks!
Hi, I have also been trying to contact Chase retention but those numbers have been disconnected. I got a number from a CS rep for Chase Credit Services Center, though. This department deals with the status of new applications, CLI, and verification of documents. I've been trying to get a CLI, but supposedly Chase is now pulling EX (or a combination of all 3, another rep said!) instead of just TU. Since EX is my worst CR, I decided to pass for now... No CLI available according to Chase internal review either... Anyhow, the number is 1-800-648-5588 Hope this helps, and good luck. Mr. X
I just applied for a new Chase account whereas they pulled Trans Union. On account reviews they pull Experian about every two months. But for hard pulls they have been doing Trans Union.
