Return Address Question

    If you send a validation letter to a CA is the return address a Validation of the debt (or Part of it )

    No. You have to give them a return address to send validation...

    I'm having problems making heads or tails out of the question...

    Did you send a validation letter to the CA, and they responded only by sending their address, or the creditors address?

    I sent out a validation letter to a CA...and just was wondering if thay look at the return address as proof of original acct address...thx

    Do they compare the [return] address on your dispute to the address on the account?

    Sure they do.
