Has anyone ever heard of them? I tried to get a pay with a delete. The guys said he didn;t know what i was talking about. Can anyone give me any insight on how to do this.
explain it to him 1. you give him money to settle the debt 2. they remove their TL from all of your CR's and agree to never again insert anything concerning this debt on them. 3. they agree that the matter is settled / closed for good
more info i forgot. This was a collection from a old bank account from 1998. they said they would put me back on chexsystems and reaffirm the debt on my credit bureau report. Should i ask to speak to the manager and see what i could do?
