What type of rewards program would you find acceptable to keep a P+apprx 9% bankcard? To elaborate on the question, What merchandise would you prefer? Is it cash back, airline miles, etc.? Personally, I prefer merchandise rewards because even if you don't have enough points for a particular reward, you can use your current points as a credit towards what you want. This is why I use my Sony card the most because there is no annual fee and you get bonus points at certain times of the year. I also like miles only if they don't expire and can be combined with frequent flyer miles because it takes a lot of miles to get a free ticket and I don't want to worry about expiration dates.
