Hey out there in credit challenged land...anyone ever heard of a company called Revolving Guarantee Credit Service? RGCS called and offered a visa with a limit of 2500 for a 200 dollar deposit...anyone who knows anything about them good or bad please email me!!
I've never heard of this company, but that doesn't mean that they are not legit. I would suggest going with an established company that has a good track record. Regards, JP
