CA sent collection letter after receiving validation request and now I have them dead to rights with rock solid proof of FDCPA violation. They are going to delete permanently or I will be taking my first stroll down to the courthouse.
Do you have the green card to prove they received the validation request? Is the postmark on their letter to you before or after the date they signed the green card?
