RJM Acquistions Funding

    I sent RJM a letter requesting validation. Today I get a letter from Plaza Associates regarding a "settlement offer" that RJM authorized them to seek.

    How should I handle this? Should I wait for validation from RJM? Do I send Plaza Associates a validation letter too? BTW, this account is in dispute also with the CRAs. Is this a violation, to contact me when this account is in dispute?

    How much is the debt for? Mine was just for 700 and i settled for 300.

    $112. They will settle for $61.
