For all of you that have complaints about RJM, Fingerhut, Mitchell N. Kay, or Axsys National Bank you should read all of the terrible reports from others like us. They want to file a class action lawsuit, is this possible? I thought about letting them know about this message board so they would have somewhere to turn for help on clearing up their credit reports. I know that RJM should be sued they put a collection on my credit report that isn't even mine. Thanks to advice from WALLST I know how to deal with RJM and look forward to getting that problem resolved. I just thought this may help for anyone dealing with those companies.
