I live in Texas, and from what Nina Weston says RJM is not bonded in Texas, but I have a letter from the Law offices of Mitchell N Kay trying to collect a debt for them how does that work, can they collect even though RJM cannot? Also I think this debt is over 7 years old and I do not remember it being this high, I have already disputed this and it came back verified, how do I proceed with this? Any help is much appreciated!

If Mitchell N. Kay is bonded, he can collect as a 3P debt collector. Sounds like RJM has bought the debt. You need to validate to see how old this debt is.
