Ok in the mail today- came a stack of papers from RMA with recpets of the Sears transactions that were mad. This is what they considered validation. Before I file suit with EQ will my claim still stand up in court or will all the receipts give them a leg to stand on. I feel like since they still do not have a signiture made out to RMA that I am in the clear. Or should I meekly settle with them? Roses are Red Violets are blue You did not prove So I shall sue
If the transaction receipts are signed by you, then yes RMA has a case. If the receipts do not bare your signiture then you have a case. In any event, it sounds to me as if you should try to settle first; then if that doesn't work file suit. Calmest_LA
