Previously discussed with others about RMA collections- seemed quite a few of us had Sears accounts at RMA. Apparently, this is not a coincidence, I called 1-800 number listed on my report and recorder said, "You have reached RMA, the SEARS project." Does anyone know if they bought these Sears accounts or are collecting on behalf of Sears??
LOL they sopped up a bunch of old accounts from sears and are trying to collect. They actually baught them.
I dont thinks so. I am going through the process with them now. From the posts i've seen they dont even reply to validation letters and if you are persistant they just drop the acct. Im hoping to rack up some fdcpca violations on them.
