I sent a validation letter to RMA 30 days ago. They did reply, but did take the TL off of my husband's Equifax report. Is this settled? Or should I send an estoppel letter for precaution?
With all the trouble RMA causes, don't you'll think we should make a united attack? Everyone sue their behinds at one time. I'm more than sure they're not going to show up at all the court cases. I think they reage every account they get and ignore any correspondence. I sent a validation letter to Sears and then got a collection letter from RMA. But no response from Sears. I'm scared as hell to go to court. But if we all do it at the same time, some of us are bound to win. Let's do a modified version of CHOD on their butts.
If you're not doing anything to cost them money They're not going to do anything. To get results you have to speak their language. Their language is the pocket book
Re: Re: RMA Validation No Response - Next? No, do NOT send the estoppel. Send a FAX! to these numbers: Mr. Robert Crowe Manager, Consumer Assistance 678-417-8598 770-300-7615 770-232-2490 Let them know that they have committed multiple violations of the FDCPA and that they are to remove the erroneous tradeline within 5 days or you will be filing suit! Put a personal touch on it! I promise you they have seen these letters from this site!
Re: Re: RMA Validation No Response - Next? If you send the 30 day estoppel, WHY would they respond? hmmmmm, have you tried it?
Re: Re: Re: RMA Validation No Response - Next? 1*I'm not looking for responses-I.m looking for violations. 2*I have ProCollect on 6 collection violations and thet're only collecting $75. OSI tried to collect $15 Prior to Validating. Don't seem like it's hurt me any.
