Hello Creditnet. As you guys know I am still working on these disasters called experian and equisux. My transunion is virtually clean, I have a late car loan-joint, my co-loanee thought since she was mailed the title, that the loan was paid off. Anyway, my experian looks like this. 1 unpaid verizon/rma credit account-checked $607 1 upaid mercantile adjustment burea-account disputed. 144.00 1 Ford Motor Credit corp 14,215 not more than 2x30 days late bal due $495 1 chase manhattan mastercard $200 paid/never late 2 accounts, paid/never late My question is this, this RMA jerkoff group keeps verifying with Equi-blows and is bringing my fico down hard and reaging everytime I dispute. I validated with RMA on Feb 6, 2003 and I validated with Mercantile adjustment. I received the CRRR from Mercantile adjustment back, but no CRRR from RMA. One thing to note is that an address I never lived at popped up on my Equisux report during this re-dispute that is tied to this verizon account. What is my next move, a threat to the cra or to the CRA or BOTH??? I will goodwill Ford based on the fact that I am a co-borrower and ask for a clean slate. (FAT CHANCE I bet)
send RMA a validation request to their corp headquarters in atlanta, search www.google.com for their website (dont post their website here, dont need their referrer logs pointing them back to creditnet, thnx) submit a dispute with EQ like 1 day or so after they sign for the validation letter. they wont reply, so after 30 days send them an estoppel. RMA+Equifax are 'in bed' together..I am under the personal belief that EQ doesnt even contact RMA when you dispute a TL with them..due to the quickness with which it gets 'verified'. Sending an estoppel to RMA has worked for me 2 times now. 1 time I even got an apology letter from RMA. Both times the TL's magically disappeared from EQ after the estoppel was recieved by their corp HQ, fyi. your luck may vary, of course.
Thanks for the information. I read in old posts that it was a possibility that RMA was in bed with eq but this is getting ridiculous.
