I sent RMA a validation letter and they sent me back some signed receipts from sears. Not the contract that I signed. I need to know what letter I send next for proper validation. Please

I could be wrong I am a little rusty on this but to a search for WOLLMAN.

The receipt from what I understand isn't proper validation and there should even be a template somewhere that you can use to shoot back at them

I have dealt with these clowns. I requested validation and they could not provide it, and persisted with their collection efforts. I filed a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and threatend to sue them for multiple violations of the FDCPA. After this, I get a letter stating the account has been deleted from my credit file. You can start with the BBB.
