Ok - I just saw the latest info on the NY fax number but I really need the Houston and Dallas (Grapevine) fax numbers for Risk Management. Also, if any one has the SC fax number. This company is unbelievable. I asked for the removal of an account that the OC had already admitted was in error and RMA has refused to remove their report. Then, they added another account this month for a bill that was paid over 5 years ago. A little retribution for daring to dispute, do you think? I have the intent to sue letter ready for both accounts. I just want to fax them before I mail/crrr them. Any help would be great!

The trick that worked for me when i called to get the fax number, of course they want your information and won't talk til they find out what it is and if they know you're going to fax validation or dispute they won't disclose. So I pretended i was faxing a copy of my check to show i sent the balance in full!!! She gave me the fax and ask if i could give my information still so they can notate it was on the way, i said thats ok i'll just fax.. Ha!!!!!!!! I got the number faxed the validation and got it done.... Call those offices and try that......
I can say that I saw recently on the monster.com board that RMA were hiring network admins for the Houston office, so they have to be there somewhere!
