Anyone ever hear of roadloans.com? I applied to Crapital 1 to refi my car, and they did a hard pull, I also have a hard pull from peoplefirst, whom the email cfmation says I actually applied to. Was not aware of that but ok...I know they are Crapital 1, no?

But anyway, I was declined. %&*# I am unhappy nonetheless, however, now I just rcvd a cfm email from roadloans.com. They did not say my app was referred or forwarded. Nothing as to how they got it, I am assuming Crap1 sent it. Anyone ever heard of them? I am trying to beat a 15.5% apr.

I thought I'd surely get something better w/ Crap 1, which is y I applied to them. I felt my credit and score was better than when I bought the car last March. Sh*t that's what I get for assuming!

I applied 7 months ago. Ended up with 8 hards - they farmed it out, and still not a better deal than what I had!

I've heard of Road Loans, and used them for my last purchase (which I recently was able to ReFi at a much better rate) With your scores, you probably could avoid the sub-prime ness of Road Loans. I got up to 25K at 16% with low 500's and an offer of 18% at the dealership.

They approved me for 12.99%!! I guess in retrospect it's lower than 15.5% but the idea here was not only to lower the mo pmt, but also to not extnd the term. I wanted to keep it at the remainder of the term, which is 52mos and not make a negative equity situation! Cost me a hard too.
