I am not sure how they are but since they are part of triad or arcadia (both subprime lenders) I would imagine the customer service isnt the greatest but I dont think its too bad. I just got approved for a loan through them at 14.49% for 25000. I called and asked for a lower rate the lady said that this was the best rate that i qualified for and based on my income that was the most they could lend me. So I went over to North Island Credit Union (I wasnt even a member at the time) and applied for a loan. Bear in mind my income hasnt changed and my score has probally gone down since they pulled my credit. Okay so I am at the credit union and apply for a loan and got an approval in like 20 minutes for 4.9% upto 50,000 oh yea and i dont have to trade in my current auto loan. Now I only needed about 20,000 and i want to trade my car in so I am better off taking the credit union loan. if i were you i would apply to a credit union the worst they could say is NO.

I have a loan through them. Went to them when I couldn't get a loan elsewhere (poor credit). They were easy to work with. Haven't needed to use their CS since.

Not the worst option. The rate isn't great - about 15%, but it was for a fairly cheap car and we paid it off early.

They have some stipulations, though. Have to buy the car in the state you live - try finding something besides Pontiacs and Trucks in West Virginia! LOL

Anyway, it wasn't bad for us.
