   Yes, they have on-line access on Eddie Bauer MC and it is on www.fcnb.com under account access. They don't have any on-line bill pay and I'm using BofA billpay to pay them. I requested limit increase thru the customer service and they pulled credit from Equifax. Sorry about the daly and the cable modem wanot working.
